As Vice President of Operations, Nancy is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the Financial Health Network’s business infrastructure. She partners with business leaders to provide insights, platforms, support, and service at every level of the organization, enabling the company to deliver on its mission of financial health for all.
Committed to the well-being of immigrant families, Nancy joined the Financial Health Network in 2011 to serve a broader set of communities. Under her leadership, the Financial Health Network has streamlined its strategic and annual planning processes and embedded diversity, equity, and inclusion into its policies, practices, and culture. Prior to her current role, Nancy supported growth and operations on the Financial Health Network’s Program team. She created and implemented the Financial Health Network’s first capacity management system and spearheaded the U.S. Financial Diaries, a multiyear research study to shed light on the financial lives of low- to moderate-income households nationwide.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts in political studies and Latin American studies with a minor in economics from Pitzer College, a member of The Claremont Colleges. As a Fulbright Scholar, she conducted research into the connections between remittances and economic development in Ecuador.
