
Jin Woo Chung
As a Manager on the Workplace Solutions team at the Financial Health Network, Jin Woo supports Members and partners in advancing worker financial health. Motivated by a deep commitment to helping low- to moderate-income workers and communities thrive, he equips employers with the tools and strategies they need to promote financial well-being across their workforces.
In his role, Jin Woo advises employers on designing and implementing programs that enhance both employee well-being and business performance. He works closely on the Essential Benefits initiative, which helps businesses, benefit providers, and policy leaders measure and improve worker financial health.
Jin Woo brings a well-rounded background in economics, public policy, and worker security to his work. Most recently, he led the development of financial wellness programs at employee-owned companies at Ownership Works. He also served as Senior Economist at the Groundwork Collaborative, where he provided research and policy guidance to elected officials on worker financial health. Jin Woo began his career as a policy analyst for the City of New York.
Jin Woo holds a masters degree in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a bachelor’s degree from CUNY Hunter College.
