Jarrod Elwell is the Senior Director of Strategy and Implementation with Advisors at Enterprise Community Partners. Trained as a management professional and coach, Jarrod has 25 years of experience in managing complex programs in the public, private and nonprofit sectors and 20 years’ experience in nonprofit executive and leadership positions. Jarrod is Enterprise’s key liaison to HUD’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity and is responsible for assisting cities and regions across the country with fair housing planning. Prior to Enterprise, Jarrod directed a nonprofit housing, social services, and community development organization in Washington, DC.
