Review and sign the license agreement
The Financial Health Network allows individual researchers and organizations to use the FinHealth Score ® for specific purposes, including:
To inform business decisions at your organization
To communicate with individuals who are your organization’s current or potential customers
To recommend specific products to individuals who are your organization’s customers
To help bring in new customers for your organization
To better understand the financial health of your organization’s employees
To conduct research for public dissemination
To evaluate the impact of a program or product your organization provides
The Financial Health Network does not grant licenses or allow the Score to be used as part of a software program or other service that is sold commercially or is included in a broader software program that is sold commercially. If the Financial Health Network does not approve of the way the Score, the Financial Health Network’s name, or the Financial Health Network’s trademarks are used, implemented, referenced, modified, or communicated (including how the Score or results of the Score are used in conjunction with other products), the Financial Health Network reserves the right to immediately revoke this license.
You are not permitted to embed the survey into proprietary software code or use a third party to develop proprietary software code that includes the survey. Upon agreeing to the terms of the license agreement, you may develop an online survey using the Score questions and scoring formula via a third-party survey tool, such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, or Google Forms, or a manual survey mode, such as paper, mail, telephone, or in-person. You may add additional questions to the Score survey.
