Yasaman Hadjibashi is the Co-founder and CEO of Stretch, a financial technology company that powers financial strength through business ownership. They offer the online training and financial services that people need to launch a business. Prior to Stretch, Yassi held senior executive roles in product and data at Citi and Barclays. She was Global Head of Data for Citi’s Consumer Bank and served as the Group Chief Innovation and Data Officer for Barclays across all its African businesses. She was named one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology in 2019 by the National Diversity Council and became Global Leader and Data Leader of the Year by Information Age’s Women in I.T. Awards in 2018 and 2019.
