Vicky García

Vicky Garcia is the President & CEO of Latino Community Credit Union (LCCU), where she leads efforts to expand economic opportunity for immigrant and underserved communities. Since joining LCCU in 2003, she has grown through multiple leadership roles, shaping the organization’s strategy, operations, and risk management. As CEO, she has led a major transformation to strengthen LCCU’s ability to serve more families with responsible, accessible financial services. Originally from Colombia, Vicky brings both global perspective and deep local commitment to her work. She holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler and remains actively engaged in community leadership and nonprofit service.
