Vicki Decker

With 30 years of expertise in employee benefits, Vicki Decker has worked with defined contribution plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, equity plans, and ESOPs. Currently, Vicki is the Senior Manager of Benefits and Payroll at Jack Henry and serves as a member of the One Jack Henry Purpose Office; a team whose purpose is to enhance the financial health of associates. Driven by a passion for empowering individuals to achieve total well-being, Vicki’s role aligns with Jack Henry’s mission: “We strengthen the connections between people and their financial institutions through technology and services that reduce the barriers to financial health.”
