Tanisha (Tya) Patterson-Powe an Executive Director and Head of Financial Coaching within Wells Fargo’s Banking Inclusion & Partnerships team. She leads financial coaching strategy and program execution focused on improving customers’ financial health.

With a 20‑year tenure at Wells Fargo, Tya most recently co-led inclusion programs across Consumer, Small, and Business Banking. Her experience spans Wealth and Investment Management, Commercial Banking, and Innovation, where she advanced artificial intelligence, robotic automation, and disruptive technology initiatives. She also led Wells Fargo’s Hackathon and Startup Accelerator programs, delivering scalable solutions that modernized operations and supported future growth.
