Todd H. Baker is currently a Senior Fellow at the Richman Center for Business, Law and Public Policy at Columbia University. He serves as a board director at Accion Opportunity Fund, a limited partner advisor at Nyca Partners and a member of the Academic Research Council at the Urban Institute’s Housing Finance Policy Center.

Mr. Baker has also been a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, the chief corporate strategy and development officer at three large domestic and international retail, commercial and corporate banks, and a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
