Stella Klemperer is Director of Strategy & Insights at Flourish, an early-stage global venture capital firm that invests in mission-driven entrepreneurs and industry influencers working toward a fair financial system. Stella leads Flourish’s sector-impact strategy, including how the firm identifies and evaluates firm-wide priorities. She also spearheads the firm’s learning priorities, publishing primary research in partnership with Flourish’s investment team and portfolio leaders. Stella brings more than 15 years of experience in strategy and social finance. Prior to Flourish, Stella worked at Omidyar Network, focusing on future of work and financial inclusion. Previously, she worked at McKinsey & Company and at Root Capital, a global agricultural impact investor.
