Shikha Narula

Shikha Narula leads theConsumer and Small Business Product Strategy and Transformation organizationfor Bank of America. Her team is responsible for developing and delivering client-centric strategies and innovative solutions to meet our clients’ current and emerging financial needs with the goal of driving significant, incremental client engagement and revenue streams.

Prior to joining Bank of America in March 2022, Shikha was the head of US Consumer Lending Products at American Express overseeing the growth of Personal Loans, Pay It Plan It and Lending on Charge portfolios. Prior to that, Shikha was with Citigroup for 16 years where she held management positions in Cards Customer Marketing and Product Management.

Shikha holds a master’s degree in information systems from New York University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Kansas. She resides in Short Hills, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
