Shelby Williams completed her undergraduate studies at Howard University as an International Business Major. Post-graduation in 2018, she joined Visa’s two-year rotational program which led her to join Innovation & Design, now the Product & Experience Design team where she serves as a Senior Product Manager. Shelby’s most proud of her work on Visa’s pilot Inclusive Design engagement with Kinly. The PxD team and Visa SMB Experts, uncovered opportunities to help Kinly, a fintech focused on serving the Black community, with strategy and recommendations specifically focusing on how to help Black business owners overcome funding barriers. In May, Shelby graduated with her master’s in Strategic Design & Management from Parsons School of Design Strategies.
