Sandra is an experienced leader with more than 15 years of leadership in strategy, transformation, and innovation. As head of the Corporate Strategy and Development team and member of the organization’s Leadership team at Bangor Savings Bank, Sandra plays a key role in shaping the bank’s strategic direction and long-term vision.

Currently, Sandra leads the development and execution structure for Bangor Savings Bank’s strategic plan as well as leads a diverse portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives, including advancing the bank’s data fluency and AI capabilities, driving ESG strategy, enhancing employee and customer financial wellbeing, and championing organizational development efforts.
