Sam Krause serves as Vice President of Operations and Member Experience at Chime, America’s most loved banking app. She oversees key operational functions aimed at making Chime’s customer support a true differentiator and ensuring the voice of the customer directly informs product development—bringing frontline insights into how Chime designs and builds products that millions of Americans use to advance their financial progress. Prior to joining Chime, Sam worked in Strategy & Operations across a range of industries and regions of the world. She spent her early career as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and earned her MBA from the Wharton School of Business alongside an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins.
