As Manager of Client Success at the Financial Health Network, Rajani supports our Member organizations in identifying opportunities to strengthen their financial health strategies and drive impact for underserved communities. Guided by her lifelong commitment to equity and economic inclusion, Rajani was drawn to the Financial Health Network’s mission of improving financial health for all.

At the Financial Health Network, Rajani manages a portfolio of Members, helping business leaders translate financial health insights into lasting action. Rajani brings cross-sector experience translating social investment into measurable outcomes across government, nonprofit, and community-serving institutions. Before joining the Financial Health Network, she led large-scale, federally funded education and economic mobility programs at RTI International, World Learning, and Creative Associates International. Her work strengthened service delivery across more than 1,000 sites, reaching over 500,000 people in underserved communities worldwide. Earlier in her career, Rajani worked with UNICEF and the Asian Development Bank in Nepal, managing microfinance programs aimed at expanding financial access for underserved communities.

Rajani holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Kathmandu University in Nepal. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). As the mother of a child with a disability, inclusion is not just a professional value for Rajani—it is a lived commitment. She is guided by the principle: Be inclusive, presume competence.
