Rachel Korberg is the Executive Director and co-founder of the Families and Workers Fund, a collaborative platform for action working to build a more equitable U.S. economy that uplifts all. Co-chaired by Ford Foundation President Darren Walker and Schmidt Futures CEO Eric Braverman, the $65 million fund is a coalition of more than 25 diverse philanthropies. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, TIME, and Fortune. She was named a Presidential Leadership Scholar in 2023 and New York Times DealBook Groundbreaker in 2022. Rachel serves as President of the Board at the Stonewall Community Foundation.
