Pam Bjerke

In 2017, Pam Bjerke was welcomed by Stearns Bank to lead the organization’s human resources efforts. With 22 years of experience, Pam builds strategies to achieve corporate goals and drive efficiencies that enables the Stearns Bank team to provide a best-in-class experience to customers.

Pam is on the BOD at Anna Marie’s Alliance, a domestic violence shelter in central MN, and chairs the Creating Hope Capital Campaign, raising $3.25M for efficiency apartments for domestic violence survivors.

Pam holds psychology & education degrees, is certified as a SPHR through HRCI and currently attends graduate school to obtain her HR master’s degree.
