Mike Xavier, SPHR

Mike Xavier, Sr. Director of Financial Health at Comcast NBCUniversal. Mike is responsible for design and strategy of various Financial Wellness programs including Financial Coaching Services, Banking at Work, Tuition Reimbursement, and Voluntary Benefits. Mike also supports the ESPP and the 401(k) plans. Prior to joining the Global Benefits team, Mike worked in the Cable Division and was responsible for Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement. Mike is passionate in ensuring his programs delivers a great employee experience and providing ROI to the organization.

Mike earned his MBA from the university of Massachusetts Lowell and holds the SPHR certification from HRCI.
