Miguel joined the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program in 2011 after working in business for 10 years.  His work focuses on reforming corporate governance to support more sustainable and equitable outcomes for companies and society.  He currently leads the Idea Lab on Worker Voice in Corporate Governance and works deeply on projects focused on corporations and democracy and rethinking executive compensation.  

Miguel’s past projects have included Rethinking the Purpose of the Corporation, The Purpose College, The American Prosperity Project: A Non-Partisan Framework for Long Term Investment, and The Long-Term Strategy Group.
