
Michael Martino
Michael Martino leads strategy for CSBB diverse customer segments, leveraging customer feedback, data, analytics, and insights to understand and meet the needs of diverse customers. He also leads Banking Inclusion Initiative (BII) and is responsible for building out programs that support and track the progress of the initiative while driving results. Michael graduated from the CBA graduate school of retail banking at Furman University and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
