Melody D. Godbey

Melody Godbey is the HR Associate Vice President for DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) in Waynesboro, VA, where she has 21 years of service. Before joining DCCU, Melody had 10 years of HR experience in various industries including call center, manufacturing and newspaper. Today, Melody leads a team of 5 HR professionals in all HR related disciplines including Talent, Compensation and Performance Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development. Melody is passionate about fostering relationships and helping leaders engage with their teams to drive high performance.

Personally, Melody and her husband live in Waynesboro and have 4 adult children and 1 grandson.
