Megan Coffey

As Senior Manager, Financial Services Solutions, Megan partners with financial service providers and fintech companies to address the real-world financial challenges of consumers. She is passionate about collaborating with a wide range of institutions to create tomorrow’s portfolio of innovative, people-centric products. 

Megan’s holistic approach helps organizations identify both core and frontier opportunities to improve financial health for their customers and employees. She leads consulting and research projects, supports product development and scaling, and engages with the fintech ecosystem to champion financial health – especially for vulnerable communities. 

Previously, Megan served as a Manager of Financial Services for Business for Social Responsibility (BSR) in New York City. There, she consulted and led member engagements with financial institutions to leverage impact-based investing models, develop sustainability strategies, and launch climate transition plans for her clients. She began her career in investment manager research at Mercer.      

Outside of work, Megan is an active mentor with the Chicago Chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Villanova School of Business, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
