Lotika serves as the Chief Small Business Officer for the City of Chicago and Managing Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection. Her diverse experience spans management consulting, investment banking, not-for-profit finance, and entrepreneurship. As an experienced entrepreneur and former small business owner in Chicago, Lotika brings a clear vision for the small business community. Lotika was named 2023 Notable CFO by Crain’s Chicago for her work in not-for-profit finance. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the First Women’s Bank in Chicago, the only women-founded, women-owned, and women-led commercial bank in the country.
