Kuanmei Huang

As a manager on the organization’s Workplace team, Kuanmei helps large employers improve the financial lives of their workers, customers, and communities. She has spent her career working to advance employee financial wellness, and she is dedicated to the Financial Health Network’s mission of making financial health accessible to all. 

Kuanmei manages the Employer FinHealth Forum, where she connects the organization’s Members with membership benefits to help them achieve a variety of worker wellness goals. She also launched the company’s Innovation Sessions, connecting larger employers with innovators to collaborate on workplace financial health solutions. A strong believer in cultivating a culture of inclusion, Kuanmei is continually seeking opportunities to unite diverse stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in worker financial health. 

Previously, Kuanmei spent 20 years in a variety of consulting and client success roles for TIAA, working with retirement plan sponsors as well as employers to develop and implement their employee financial education strategies. She led teams of financial consultants that worked directly with employees, helping them improve their financial wellness and reach their financial goals.

Kuanmei received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she now volunteers as an alumni interviewer. She is also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist.
