Kristin Anderson

Kristin believes you can lead from any seat and has built her career entirely with purpose-driven credit union BECU. She’s led and influenced from a variety of diverse roles across BECU in retail, operations, member experience, project implementation, product management & development and strategic services. She has orchestrated large, impactful cross-functional programs, built a divisional communication & employee engagement program from the ground-up, and managed the implementation of a new digital business membership & loan origination system. In addition, she’s actively involved in the Women’s Leadership Group ERG and just completed a 2-year tenure as the Communication Chair. 

Most recently, Kristin’s focus has been in the FinHealth space, taking a human-centric approach to collaborating cross-functionally to drive awareness and adoption of financial health products and programs, and leading internal FinHealth communication, engagement and advocacy efforts.
