Kristen leads Citi Foundation’s Financial Inclusion strategy, which is focused on systems-change strategies to spur more inclusive economic opportunity for under-resourced communities, while also helping grantee partners drive better outcomes for individual clients.

Kristen has been a community development practitioner for 30 years, with experience in the banking, government and nonprofit sectors, including leadership roles at NeighborWorks America, HSBC Bank, Seedco, the City of Philadelphia, and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.

She has a Masters in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.
