Kim Addie

Kim Addie is Vice President of Strategy and Impact at Kindred Futures, where she advances shared prosperity for Black communities through movement building, catalytic capital, and community-centered solutions. A dynamic, results-driven leader, she has guided more than $21 million in public-private partnerships, managed diverse investment portfolios, and helped develop a $3.3 million racial equity fund supporting grassroots organizations and movement-building infrastructure. Kim leads the design and implementation of inclusive wealth-building strategies rooted in freedom, economic justice, and community voice. Her work is grounded in engagement, accountability, and practical solutions that strengthen Black communities and expand opportunity for future generations everywhere.
