
Kevin Nazemi
Kevin Nazemi is the co-founder and CEO of Charlie, the company reimagining banking for 62+ Americans.
Kevin has worked in the technology and healthcare sectors for over 15 years, starting his career at Microsoft Corporation in 2003, where he served in numerous roles across the organization.
In 2012, Kevin co-founded Oscar Health, the first health insurance company built around a full-stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving its members. He served as co-CEO until 2015. In 2016, he co-founded Renew, a technology-driven health platform focused on retirees, and served as CEO until 2020.
He previously served on the Board of Directors of Premera Blue Cross, the largest health plan in the Pacific Northwest. He was also the Chairman and CEO of Digital Transformation Opportunities Corp (DTOC), a special purpose acquisition company that merged with the American Oncology Network in 2023.
Kevin completed a joint MBA/MPP program offered by the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School, where he was a Zuckerman Fellow. He has a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
