Kelley-Frances Fenelon, PhD, is the Senior Director of Corporate Action and Research at JUST Capital. She is responsible for connecting JUST Capital’s data and research with its impact goals by leading the development of programming, tools, content, and resources to support stakeholder investment by corporate leaders, with a focus on workforce issues. She co-designs and implements JUST’s programmatic initiatives, including the Corporate Impact Lab, which includes developing corporate leadership convenings, research-based insights, leading practice examples, and access to a curated ecosystem of expert partners. Prior to joining JUST, Kelley-Frances created and led programming on moral professional leadership, business-based social impact, and impact data analysis and visualization.
