Katt Benedict
As Senior Manager, Client Success, Katt works in deep partnership with financial services leaders across our Member network to help them achieve a variety of financial health priorities.
In her role, Katt shares insights, encourages innovation, and advises on critical financial health measures – all of which contribute to the deeper adoption of finhealth solutions that serve both consumer and business needs. Her partnerships also lay the groundwork for new research on the most urgent issues facing our Member organizations and their communities.
A longtime advocate for consumer financial health, Katt brings 15+ years of financial services strategic planning and consulting to the Financial Health Network. She most recently served as Director of Open Finance and Advocacy at MX Technologies. There, she collaborated with financial institutions and fintechs to advance financial inclusion for all by providing safe, consumer permissioned financial data sharing access solutions.. Katt brings deep expertise in channel optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and the full product lifecycle to her work, serving as an ally to banks looking to scale sustainably through client-focused services.
Katt is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in education from North Central University, where she’s studying the financial health of adults ages 18 to 28 and social emotional learning theory. She holds multiple executive certificates, including Open Banking & Platforms Specialization with The Center for Financial Technology and Entrepreneurship, MIT Sloan, and the London School of Economics. Outside of work, she enjoys serving as a financial health coach for Women’s Money Matters. She holds a master’s degree from Anna Maria College and a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University.
