
Julie Gatton
Julie Ingle Gatton, VP, Client Experience at MissionSquare Retirement, leads client insight and experience improvement functions. Her business passion is finding the customer-business win-win and being a champion for customer financial health. Julie began her career in the automotive industry — with successes in product engineering, manufacturing engineering and operations – and transitioned into financial services where she has been a client-focused leader for over 15 years. Julie is a motivated natural problem solver and is often an agent for change. She has been an active and valued leader in two auto manufacturing plant start-ups as well as the largest bank merger in U.S. History.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
In her free time, Julie enjoys time with friends and family and being active.
