Jonay is Founder and Principal of Trendline Strategies, a consulting firm that supports companies with advancing responsible business practices that deliver gains for their bottom line and value for their stakeholders.

Most recently, Jonay was Senior Director at the Business Roundtable where she focused on racial equity and workforce initiatives.  Jonay previously served as Judiciary Counsel for a senior member in the U.S. House of Representatives, and a senior litigation associate at a D.C. area law firm.

Jonay is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Arizona College of Law.
