Jody heads the NOW Banking program at Regions Bank and is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of this customer segment. Now Banking is designed to meet the needs of consumers that manage their business on a cash basis and who use alternative financial providers. He is responsible for managing the existing portfolio, plus new product development, distribution, service quality and vendor management. Regions Now Banking includes solutions such as Visa prepaid debit cards, check cashing, money orders and Western Union. Jody partners with Regions consumer lending and Regions credit card teams to offer credit solutions that meet the needs of the Now banking segment,
After earning a BS in Finance, Jody worked at HealthSouth (2 years) before joining the AmSouth Management Associate training program in 1999. His banking career includes 4 years in the branches and 8 years as an area manager over branches in Regions headquarters city. From 2011 to December 2016, he was responsible for the retail incentive plan(TeamWorks), Regions-At-Work, Refer-A-Friend, Customer Acquisition, Performance Management, De Novo production, and Consumer Lending acquisition. His role in NOW Banking began in December 2016. While at Regions he graduated from Banking School at LSU, and Georgia State school of Financial Innovation.
When not working, Jody and his wife, Jill, enjoy spending time with his two girls: Emily (14) and Madelyn (10). For pets they have three dogs and two horses.
