Jay Shaw

Jay Shaw is the Sr. Director and Head of Sales at Enova SMB (Parent Co. of OnDeck and Headway Capital). He is a member of the Sr. Leadership Team and is responsible for Enova SMB’s Origination and Revenue growth. He has nearly 2 decades of experience driving strategy, growth, and efficiency gains at both small and large companies.

He received his BA from UC Riverside and his MBA from CSU Fullerton. He resides in Chicago, IL with his fiancée and 2 dogs.
