Howard Goode

Howard serves the Santander community primarily through his role in Deposits Product Management. He is passionate about cross-team collaborations to solve some of society’s most intractable problems. To this end he also manages CSR volunteer efforts for one of Santander’s employee business resource groups – BOLD NE (Black Organization for Leadership Development) and coordinates Santander’s relationship with the Financial Health Network. Through these intentional relationships, he focuses resources to promote equity in areas such as: food insecurity, professional development, and financial wellness for Santander’s customers, employees, and the communities within which we live and work.
