Erica Linc

As a Client Success Manager, Erica builds and strengthens Member relationships at the very core of our movement to improve financial health for all. She’s proud to be part of an organization advocating for a better financial future, bringing deep experience in financial services and strategic partnerships to drive our mission forward.  

At the Financial Health Network, Erica is committed to helping our Members become dedicated financial health champions. She equips Members with research, tools, and connections to other leaders across the ecosystem, helping them build the business case for financial health and serve their customers and workers effectively. Erica enjoys fostering collaboration across the Member community and highlighting Member wins to inform and inspire others.   

Erica previously honed her relationship-building skills at GreenPath Financial Wellness, where she managed strategic partnerships that included Fortune 500 financial services companies. She also developed productive relationships with individual contributors and executives alike as a Senior Customer Success Manager at HubSpot.   

Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in global studies and Spanish studies from the University of Minnesota.
