Eloise is the CEO and Founder of the non-profit Financial Resilience Institute.  As an impact-preneur, global expert on financial health and Certified Management Consultant (C.M.C.), Eloise has lived and worked in six countries. She leads teams, shaping strategy, and building purpose-driven ventures that drive financial resilience, financial health and well-being for all.

Eloise has over 25 years of experience in financial services, business development, and over 15 years’ experience in financial health impact measurement, strategy and innovation. She has founded and scaled two social enterprises, worked for two major banks and consulting firms, and created the Institute’s peer-reviewed Financial Resilience Index, new Financial Well- Being Index Model and Toolkit and other instruments and solutions to catalyze positive change. Eloise is a UNEP-FI financial global reviewer and leads initiatives to lift women and equity-deserving populations in Canada and internationally. She lives in Vancouver, B.C. and has three children.
