Elizabeth is the Founder and CEO of OS BENEFiTS, the first affordable health insurance and wellness benefits created for the hospitality industry, by the hospitality industry. Launched in 2023, OS BENEFiTS addresses the unique needs of small businesses in the sector, offering a comprehensive suite of health and wellness plans tailored for restaurants, bars, hotels, and more.

Elizabeth is also the Founder of Oyster Sunday, a hospitality studio for independent businesses. Since its launch in October 2019, Oyster Sunday has provided hundreds of clients with concept development, financial strategy, branding, marketing, human resources, operations, and training.

Elizabeth’s career began in New Orleans as a pastry cook before joining the branding team at Momofuku in NYC. Prior to launching Oyster Sunday, she served as Head of Brand at W&P, overseeing the launch of 300+ culinary products.
