Dr. Tiffany Rogers Bussey
Dr. Tiffany Rogers Bussey leads the Morehouse Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, a national model for inclusive economic development. She builds cross-sector partnerships and designs growth strategies that help small businesses scale. Her work spans access to capital, federal and commercial contracting, and ecosystem building—impacting thousands of firms nationwide. She is also an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at Morehouse College and a contributor to outlets including NPR, Black Enterprise, and Forbes. Her research centers on leadership behavior and strategic change in small firms.
