Dr. Frank Robinson’s impact is far-reaching, shaping the landscape of public health and community development in Western Massachusetts. He spearheaded key organizational and community-based initiatives addressing root causes of inequity among marginalized populations and communities.  His leadership as Vice President, Baystate Health and in collective action approaches resulted in the creation of the Baystate Academy Charter Public School, a groundbreaking action to address root cases of inequity. He guided Baystate Health and the Anchor Collaborative (a collective of healthcare, higher education, business anchor organizations), helping to pool investments for economic prosperity in local communities with inclusive practices, such as, local diverse procurement, diverse hiring strategies, and place-based investments.
