Dr. Dee Miller

Dr. Dee Miller is the Director of Inclusive Design & Product Equity at Visa, in which she leads global strategy behind ensuring economic inclusivity in Visa’s products and services with the goal of increasing access to financial products and solutions for vulnerable, underserved, and underinvested communities. Prior to this role, she was the Senior Manager for Product Management in Payment Risks & Fraud at Visa in which she was responsible for driving the global product strategy and delivering value-added solutions to clients. Dee holds a B.S. in Science & Technology Studies focusing on Engineering Design from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering with focus in Human Factors Engineering & Ergonomics from the Virginia Tech, and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering specializing in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
