Dennis Duquette

Dennis Duquette is Head of Community Responsibility for MassMutual and President & CEO of the MassMutual Foundation.

Prior to re-joining MassMutual in 2016, he worked for Fidelity Investments for twenty-seven years in Marketing, Community Relations, and Corporate Sponsorships. He began his career at MassMutual with positions in human resources, community relations, and marketing.

He earned his A.B. from Boston College where he later earned a Master of Science degree in Administrative Studies (CSR). He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy & Administration and a Master of Science degree in Communication, both from Northwestern University.
