Dean leads operational strategy and execution for Contact Center, Wealth, and Capital Market’s Operations as well as intelligent automation delivery and modernization efforts across the enterprise through the use of Conversational and Gen AI, RPA, Low Code, Quest CRM.

Dean is also Future Ready Workforce Business Leader, a program that ensure employees have opportunities to develop skills critical to the success of Key’s business priorities. Prior, Dean was CIO for KeyBank’s Wealth, Investments & Capital Markets, and served as KeyBank’s CPO and outsourcing Executive. Dean also represents KTOS on the Enterprise Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Dean joined Key in 2006 form Chase and has several years of experience in channel development and management.
