Dana Bowie Earles

As Vice President of finance and Operations, Dana aligns our financial management with our strategic priorities to carry out our mission of improving financial health for all. Dana is passionate about enhancing financial and operational resilience for mission-oriented organizations, so they can achieve long-term success.

Dana brings over 20 years of experience in finance to her role and has meaningfully contributed to corporate and non-profit organizations. Before joining the Financial Health Network, Dana was the Treasurer and Head of Finance at Options Clearing Corporation. She also held finance leadership roles at the University of Chicago and the National Equity Fund. 

Dana earned her bachelor’s degree in international business and finance from Howard University and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago. Dana serves on the board of Chicago Finance Exchange, which strives to engage, enrich, and empower women in finance.
