Craig started in Total Rewards at Kellanova in 2017 after 12 years as a Retirement Actuary at Mercer and Willis Towers Watson. Craig previously led North America Financial Health and Global Executive Compensation and for the last 3 years has led Total Rewards for North America. Craig took on a dual-hat role as HR business partnership for North America Marketing in July 2023. A highlight of Craig’s career so far was setting up Total Rewards for Kellanova and WK Kellogg Co for the spin off of WK Kellogg Co from Kellogg in October 2023.
