Chris Brown is SVP for U.S. Business Partnerships at Citi, leading strategic partnerships and investments to advance financial inclusion and community impact.  He brings over 15 years of cross-sector experience developing alliances that advance business, public policy and consumer/community goals. Prior to Citi, Chris has served as senior staff in Congress and has led public affairs functions within healthcare, nonprofit, and technology industries.  Chris holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law, and a BA from the University of Georgia.
