Charvi Gandotra

Charvi Gandotra is a Senior Director at Commonwealth, where she leads projects to expand access and adoption of inclusive workplace financial security benefits. With over 10 years of experience in financial security, Charvi’s work with large partners like ADP, AutoNation, The Fresh Market, and Truist, has impacted millions of workers and generated billions of dollars in savings. Prior to Commonwealth, Charvi worked in international development, and was a management consultant with McKinsey. She received a Masters in Public Policy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SRCC, India.
