Carmelo Barbaro is the Executive Director of the UChicago Inclusive Economy Lab, which works closely with policymakers and community-based organizations to advance social mobility and racial equity in Chicago. He previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group and spent several years working in urban planning and community development in Chicago.
