He first joined the ESL team in 2021 and was promoted to Vice President/Director, Product Development & Management in 2025. In this role, Cal drives the development of innovative product and pricing solutions designed to help ESL members to meet their financial goals. With a member-focused approach, the team is committed to ensuring every product and solution has the members’ needs in mind.
