Ashley Stewart

Ashley is a nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience across operations, human resources, and development. As Executive Director of FreeRent.Org, she is building the organization from the ground up, driving strategy, partnerships, and sustainable systems to help families achieve housing stability and long-term financial success. She previously served as Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ESP, Inc., where she strengthened systems, expanded operations, and led major fundraising efforts, including a capital campaign. SHRM-SCP certified, she brings expertise in human capital, strategy, and organizational growth. Ashley is also the founder of People for Purpose, a nonprofit consulting practice.
